  • Share successful improvement practices across facilities and ensure proven solutions become incorporated into standard equipment and process designs going forward.
  • Facilitate and extend the effective use of ShopLogix, MaintainX and KCF technologies across all facilities.
  • Support consistent implementation and utilization of CMMS processes, standards, and data.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, OEE, and decision-making.
  • Establish preferred equipment designs, components, technologies, and specifications based on reliability, maintainability, safety, performance, and total cost of ownership.
  • Ensure maintenance spending is strategically aligned with moving equipment toward the organization's ideal or standard design.
  • Use recurring maintenance issues to continually update and improve equipment standards.
Capital Projects & Engineering
  • Develop and manage major capital projects from concept through implementation and closeout.
  • Work with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, technical requirements, budgets, timelines, and expected ROI.
Leadership & Organizational Development
  • Develop strong working partnerships with Plant Managers, Maintenance leaders, Operations, Quality, Safety, and other functional leaders.
  • Facilitate open collaboration between sites to identify, replicate, and standardize successful practices.
  • Lead through influence and collaboration while maintaining clear accountability for organizational engineering initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading maintenance, engineering, reliability, or related manufacturing functions.
