As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you will set the technology vision and strategy for tax innovation, focusing on AI, LLMs, and data-driven platforms. As a Director, you will drive business growth by shaping and sponsoring major cloud and AI-enabled initiatives, influencing enterprise technology direction, and building a top-performing engineering organization that consistently delivers measurable business impact.

The salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $438,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
