Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction, budget control, and regulatory compliance while adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, both local and remote, ensuring clear communication and efficient cross-functional teamwork to meet project objectives.
  • Innovative Design Solutions: Utilize technical expertise to develop innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective engineering solutions, addressing complex challenges in all projects.
  • Mentorship and Development: Provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a learning environment that promotes growth, skills development, and team success.

    • Interfacing with a multi-discipline design team
    • Mentoring junior staff
  • In depth knowledge of State and Local government regulations affecting civil design and permitting processes.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other industry- standard tools.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with excellent written and verbal communication, report writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and provide clear guidance and leadership.
  • Metro Atlanta experience and relationships a plus
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
