  • Create and update engineering design manuals, work instructions, process guides, drawings, engineering change documentation, and related materials.
  • Bring together engineering and manufacturing knowledge and translate it into clear, repeatable processes, standards, and documentation that can be used across facilities.

  • Facilitate reviews, workshops, and collaborative discussions to gather feedback and align teams on process improvements.
  • Assist with implementation of new standards and procedures, including training, communication, and adoption activities.
  • Monitor process effectiveness and recommend improvements that enhance quality, consistency, and operational performance.

YOU HAVE:

  • Ideally 2+ years of related design or engineering experience, including creating work instructions, procedures, engineering drawings, design standards, manufacturing standards, and/or drawing revisions.
  • Experience using AutoCAD or similar 2D CAD software and an ability to interpret technical drawings and assemblies. Experience creating or modifying 3D models and drawings is preferred.
  • Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, production, product development, or continuous improvement activities within an industrial environment.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, lead multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across functions and locations.
  • Familiarity with fabrication, assembly, welding, wiring, or electromechanical manufacturing processes.
  • Experience supporting process improvement, standardization initiatives, Lean Manufacturing, or similar continuous improvement efforts preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

WE HAVE:
