Customer Service (Spanish Bilingual)

Must be in Central MN and have reasonable commute to St. Cloud, MN due to in-office requirements. 

SCHEDULE: Schedule 1 - Sun 11:00 am-8:00pm, Mon & Wed 8:00am-5:00pm, Tues & Thurs 10:00am-7:00pm, Fri-Sat OFF 

                                                                          or                         

Schedule 2 - Mon, Tues & Thurs 12:00pm-9:00pm, Fri & Sat 10:00am-7:00pm, Sun & Wed OFF

COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $21.00 – $24.25 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, phone applications, and electronic credit submissions.
  • Verifies client identities and clearly explains financing terms to build trust and understanding.
  • Provides real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers navigating application and contract issues.
  • Delivers exceptional service by resolving account questions, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
  • Reviews and confirms loan and contract details to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice to have but not Required! 

  • Experience in a call center or with high-volume support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

  • Office Address: 628 Roosevelt Rd, St. Cloud, MN, 56301
  • Schedule: Part-Time, Sunday 12:00pm-9:00pm, Monday 12:00pm-7:30pm, Tuesday 11:00am-6:30pm, Thursday 12:00pm-6:00pm, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday Off
  • Work Setting: In-Office
 COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Starting Pay: $21.00 – $24.25 per hour.

  • Bilingual Pay: Bilingual Pay: Earn an additional $2.00 per hour for Spanish Fluency! Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with Strong written and verbal communications skills.
