Clayton Services is searching for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join a thriving company in the Houston Galleria area. The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office tasks, handling client communications, and coordinating administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively assist with client inquiries, scheduling, and general office administration.
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00/ hour
Benefits: Excellent benefits are available upon successful completion of the temporary period.
Bilingual Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, manage emails, and assist with client inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and provide scheduling support for executive leadership.
  • Input and update client data in the CRM system daily while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, organize office spaces, and monitor office equipment and supply levels.
