Site Reliability Engineer III
Location: Chandler, Arizona (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Role Overview
This position will engineer and support automated solutions for large-scale software releases and patching on Windows-based systems. The role involves collaboration between infrastructure, database operations, software support, and engineering teams to develop software-based solutions for the rapid, large-scale deployment of software utilities and patches. A hybrid schedule requires a minimum of three days per week on-site.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engineer and support automated solutions for software release and patching.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and software teams.
  • Develop solutions for rapid, large-scale deployment of software.
  • Work primarily with Windows-based systems.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
  • Experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Demonstrated experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Ansible Automation.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of Tableau or BMC Remedy.
  • Understanding of change control and release management processes.
