Job Description:
Join an elite Agile team working on high-impact government programs using cutting-edge tech! We're looking for Software Engineers with strong Java skills and 7-10 years of experience in secure, scalable systems. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a clearance and a passion for tech-this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and document software solutions
  • Analyze complex system requirements and design using CASE tools
  • Utilize Java and other languages/technologies (Python, SQL, C++, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Support both Windows and Linux environments
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and team collaboration using modern toolsets
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable code following development standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Java; experience with multiple languages (Python, C/C++, SQL, etc.)
  • UI development experience; working knowledge of HTML, XML, XSLT
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles
  • Effective communicator and self-motivated team player

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with JEE, Tomcat, WebLogic, Jenkins, and secure systems development
