Job description

  Software Engineer L2 Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to support mission-critical programs within the IC/DoD space. This role focuses on building and enhancing scalable, analyst-facing applications in a modern, containerized environment. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of Software Engineering experience * Strong full-stack development experience in mission systems * Proficiency in C++ and C (Linux-based environments) * Python development experience, including SWORD framework * Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker/containerization * Experience developing analyst-facing applications and operational workflows * Active TS/SCI clearance (FS Poly preferred) Nice to Have: * Experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures * Familiarity with IC data platforms or real-time processing systems What You’ll Do: * Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications supporting mission operations * Build scalable backend services and intuitive front-end interfaces for analysts * Work within containerized/Kubernetes environments to support modern DevOps workflows * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive salary (high-end of market, depending on experience) * Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc.)
