3. Location

Atlanta, Georgia

Business travel within North America may be required as needed.

4. Job Summary

This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers in North America regarding after-sales service for equipment manufactured by Company's headquarter (Japan). The role focuses on day-to-day communication, service coordination, and supporting smooth interactions between customers, Company, and Company's headquarter (Japan). Business-level Japanese proficiency is required. The ideal candidate is comfortable contributing beyond defined responsibilities and working flexibly to support overall team objectives.

5. Key Responsibilities

・Maintain regular communication with existing customers(primarily battery manufacturers).

・Coordinate after-sales service activities, including regular maintenance, troubleshooting, parts, and modification requests.

・Gather customer needs and provide accurate feedback to Company's headquarter (Japan).

・Maintain and update Installed Base information.

・Support quotation preparation and billing-related documentation.

・Coordinate schedules between our service engineers, local partners, and customers.

・Collect market, customer, and competitor information.

・Assist in developing and expanding service agreements.

・Support initial responses to new customer inquiries as needed.

・Provide logistical support for visiting staff from Company's headquarter (Japan), including hotel arrangements, transportation coordination, and general on-site support during business trips.

・Support English communication during visits from headquarter and in customer interactions.

・Perform other related duties as assigned to support business operations and customer needs.

6. Required Qualifications

・Business-level Japanese communication skills

・Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

・Willingness to learn and work collaboratively

・Ability to travel when needed

・Proficiency in basic office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).

・Strong teamwork and communication skills.

・Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

7. Preferred Qualifications

・Experience in manufacturing, machinery, or B2B sales.

・Ability to read or understand basic technical documents (mechanical/electrical).

9. Physical Requirements / Work Environment
