Job Description:
We are seeking a mid-career, hands-on Software Engineer with strong AWS development experience to join a fast-paced, innovative team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building solutions from the ground up, experimenting with emerging technologies, and iterating quickly. We are looking for a builder rather than a highly senior architect.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on AWS.
  • Experience with MLOps, including model lifecycle management, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.
  • Experience designing and building agent-based (Agentic AI) systems.
  • Hands-on experience writing, deploying, and maintaining AI agent code.
  • Experience working with agent frameworks or agent core technologies.
  • Exposure to or experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Databricks.
