Job description

ABOUT THE TEAM:

CorpTech Platform is the internal engineering force multiplier behind Anduril's corporate systems.
It drives CorpTech engineering forward through strategic investment in data platforms, software platforms, QA and release excellence, ERP engineering, and AI infrastructure.
We build the foundations that power both CorpOS, enabling Finance and Growth to operate with speed and precision, and ArsenalOS, the digital backbone of Anduril's hardware enterprise. By unifying systems, accelerating development velocity, and embedding intelligence into every layer, CorpTech Platform transforms how the company operates end to end.
We are driving Anduril toward becoming an autonomous enterprise. Through initiatives like the Autonomous Software Factory, we are rethinking how software is built, tested, deployed, and evolved by integrating AI into the engineering lifecycle.
This is not a support function. It is a strategic engine. CorpTech Platform is how Anduril scales its business systems with the same rigor, speed, and adaptability as its mission critical products.

ABOUT THE JOB:

CorpTech platform is looking for someone to lead our initiative to enable high-agency, excellent Andurilians to solve their most pressing problems using AI builder tools. You will ensure that everyone at Anduril, from a technician on the factory floor to our executive team, have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in an AI-enabled builder world.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Anduril's internal tools platform.
  • Partner with operators and high-agency internal builders as an enabler. They will need to build tooling for tasks such as project management and resource planning.
  • Turn ambiguous operational problems into clear product bets, launch plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Act as a hands-on builder using AI assisted coding tooling and AI agent pools.
  • Build and operate a scalable feedback triage loop for user requests, defects, and adoption blockers.
  • Partner with a Staff / Principal Software Engineer to ensure your PM-led development is safe, maintainable, and platform-aligned.
  • Balance builder autonomy with platform requirements for permissions, data integrity, and operational support.
  • Communicate roadmap decisions, trade-offs, and risks to technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of experience in software product management, technical product management, or internal tools / platform roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience owning roadmap, stakeholder management, and adoption for complex software products with high autonomy.
  • Demonstrated builder orientation, including experience building software-enabled workflows with AI coding tools..
  • Strong technical fluency in modern software systems, internal platforms, and software delivery trade-offs.
  • Experience translating feedback, defects, and operational pain into clear product decisions and executable backlogs.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy while maintaining judgment, communication, and alignment across engineering, business partners, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior engineers, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience building or owning internal tools, workflow automation products, or business-critical operational software.
  • Familiarity with frontier AI tooling, AI coding assistants, agentic development workflows, and AI-enabled software delivery practices.
  • Experience working in a product-engineering model where PMs, designers, and engineers all contribute to solution development.
  • Experience supporting a federated builder ecosystem, internal platform, low-code platform, or self-service software development environment.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and business process domains such as ERP, CRM, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or support operations.
  • Experience in hyper growth startup-like environments, with demonstrated success balancing speed, ambiguity, autonomy, and long-term platform health.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
