Your Key Responsibilities
Co-Op - Thermal Management / Systems Engineering - Fall 2026
The Cooperative Education Student supports the Thermal Management Systems Engineering team by completing assigned projects, participating in hands-on training, and gaining exposure to engineering and manufacturing processes. This role is designed to provide meaningful professional development while contributing to active design and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in various systems engineering duties in Thermal Management department.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing coolant & refrigerant system projects and initiatives.
  • Perform research on advanced thermal management related topics.
  • Participate in benchmarking activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business needs.

Your Qualifications
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Maintained a 2.5 GPA or higher
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Prior experience in automotive Coolant & Refrigerant Systems is preferred
