Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development, testing, and maintenance of AIP software services using C# or Java.

  • Collaborate to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, along with comprehensive tests to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Use CI/CD practices to build, test and deploy code changes.

  • Participate in your team's agile scrum sprints and ceremonies

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  • Contribute to troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing the system.

  • Support the deployment of software updates and maintenance of system performance.

  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

  • Proficient in C# or Java.

  • Knowledge of additional programming languages, including Python, TypeScript or JavaScript.

  • Experience with AWS or Azure is an asset.
