Job description

The Arizona Fall League is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join the AFL team for the 2026 season (October through mid-November). The Photographer/Videographer is responsible for shooting live, in game footage for the AFL to share across platforms including Instagram, X, You Tube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience shooting content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok
  • Ability to shoot and edit photos/video
  • Ability to create fun/authentic "off the field" content with players while maintaining a professional relationship
  • Experience using Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar software for editing content
  • Familiarity with Slack and/or Asana for sending content and being assigned tasks
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while creating high quality content
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to develop and execute creative ideas
  • Previous professional photography/videography experience is a plus (please include your portfolio)
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • This role will report directly to the Communications Supervisor

Compensation:
  • Bi-weekly stipend
  • Travel/housing allowance for out of state hires
  • Hires are responsible for securing housing and transportation

Stipend: $1,500.00 Bi-weekly
