Business Development & Customer Relations Specialist
$15.00 - $20.00 p/hr. plus Commissions
Full-time I Non-Exempt
Rydell Automotive Group is seeking a helpful & energetic Business Development & Customer Relations Specialist, with a vital role in delivering the best customer experience. You are the first point of contact with our customers when they call in for service. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but have previous roles in customer service, retail sales, the restaurant industry, or hospitality. This individual will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.
In this role, you will assist the Service Team by communicating with customers via phone, email & text, setting appointments, and monitoring the quality of customer service. Training will be provided to equip you with the appropriate tools to be as effectively helpful as possible.

Responsibilities
  • Answer service calls and schedule appointments.
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and live chat scripts and templates.
  • Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Maintain customer notes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Qualifications
  • At least one previous role based on strong customer service experience.

  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
