  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and milestones across internal and external teams.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturing partners, ensuring requirements, specifications, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and met.

  • Support the development of displays, merchandising items, and other luxury retail presentation materials in addition to primary packaging.
  • Assist with process improvements and other special projects as needed.

Experience & Background

  • Experience in jewelry, jewelry packaging, luxury goods, luxury retail, packaging development, project management, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Experience with jewelry packaging or luxury packaging is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with jewelry displays, merchandising, retail presentation, or related products is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional communication skills with clients, internal teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.

Technical & Working Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project tracking systems, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to review packaging, production, and technical files for completeness and accuracy.
  • Understanding of packaging materials, structures, manufacturing processes, and production requirements preferred.

Work Structure

  • Hybrid, U.S.-based position with regular on-site collaboration.
  • Supports luxury and jewelry-related packaging programs.
  • Regular interaction with domestic and international vendors and manufacturing partners.
  • May require occasional flexibility outside standard business hours during important project milestones or production deadlines.
