We are seeking a Development Project Manager to join a highly respected, privately held commercial real estate development, construction, and property management firm with a long history of success. This individual will lead complex commercial construction projects from active construction through project completion while serving as a key liaison between ownership, contractors, consultants, tenants, and internal stakeholders. Client Details Company is a financially strong, privately owned commercial real estate organization with a diversified portfolio of retail, office, and industrial real estate throughout the region. The company has a robust project pipeline extending through 2030, including both new development and redevelopment initiatives. Description Project Manager: Assume ownership of a $15M multi-building development project currently under construction. Schedule Management: Monitor project schedules, budgets, change orders, construction quality, and risk mitigation efforts. Team Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, municipalities, and project stakeholders. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with design standards, permitting requirements, and local regulations. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, budgets, and reporting through Yardi and other project management systems. Profile 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, preferably with a real estate developer, owner/operator, general contractor, or construction management firm. Experience managing ground-up construction, redevelopment, renovation, and tenant improvement (TI/fit-out) projects. Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Experience coordinating multiple project stakeholders including contractors, consultants, municipalities, and tenants. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
