Job Description

As our Growth Project Manager,ย you'llย serve as the operational engine behind the agency's new business and growth efforts. Partnering closely with the BU Lead / Agency Partner,ย you'llย help drive pitches, proposals, and RFP responses from kickoff through submission, keep cross-functional teams aligned, support agency visibility initiatives, and ensure our growth operation runs with precision and momentum.ย

This is a highly collaborative, fast-moving position for someone who thrives in creative environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and knows how to keep multiple high-stakes initiatives moving simultaneously without losing attention to detail.ย

You'llย sit at the intersection of strategy, marketing, operations, and business development - helping shape how the agency shows up inย market,ย pursuesย opportunities, andย winsย new work.ย

Your Impactย

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end project management of every pitch, proposal, RFP, and new business opportunity - from kickoff through submission. That means setting the timeline, running the process, knowing where every deliverable stands, proactively driving team members for input, managing approvals, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You are the engine that keeps new business moving.

  • Own the coordination and execution of agency pitches, proposals, decks, strategic documents, and RFP responses from kickoff through final submission, ensuring materials are polished, strategically organized, thoughtfully written, and delivered on time while keeping internal teams aligned throughout the processย ย

  • Partner closely with the BU Lead / Agency Partner to support and help drive the agency's broader growth and new business initiativesย ย

  • Bring structure, organization, and momentum to fast-moving opportunities by proactively managing timelines, workflows, follow-ups, approvals, and communication across multiple teams and stakeholdersย ย

  • Support the agency's external visibility efforts through the coordination of speaking engagements, industry events, awards submissions, partnership opportunities, and related marketing initiativesย ย

  • Develop andย maintainย prospect, market, and competitive intelligence that strengthens positioning, sharpens outreach and proposals, and supports more strategic growth decisionsย ย

  • Help improve and streamline the operational side of the growth function by organizing information,ย identifyingย gaps, and creating more scalable and efficient ways of workingย ย

What Success Looks Likeย

  • Pitches, proposals, decks, and RFP responses are organized, polished, strategically thoughtful, and consistently delivered without last-minute chaosย ย

  • Cross-functional teams feel aligned, informed, and supported because communication, timelines, and next steps are proactively managed and clearly communicatedย ย

  • Leadership has confidence that opportunities are moving forward efficiently and thatย important details, deliverables, and follow-ups are being handled thoughtfully and professionallyย ย

  • The agency shows up strongly in market through well-coordinated events, speaking engagements, awards, and external visibility opportunities that reinforce the agency's reputation and positioningย ย

  • Research and competitive intelligence help sharpen how the agency approaches opportunities and positions itself in conversations and proposalsย ย

  • The growth function becomes more organized, scalable, and operationally strong through improved coordination, stronger processes, and greater consistency across initiativesย ย

Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in a project management, business development, growth, marketing, account management, or agency operations role within a creative, digital, branding, PR, communications, or marketing agency environmentย ย

  • Prior experience supporting agency new business efforts, including pitches, proposals, decks, and/or RFP response coordinationย ย

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in fast-paced environmentsย ย

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft, refine, and organize pitch decks, presentations, RFP responses, briefing materials, and other client-facing documents with a high level of polish and attention to detailย ย

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, account, production, marketing, or leadership functionsย ย

  • Naturally proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with strong judgment, follow-through, and attention to detailย ย

  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with senior leadership and managing high-visibility initiativesย ย

  • Interest in agency growth, marketing, culture, industry trends, and how modern agencies position themselves in competitive marketsย ย

  • Experience supporting speaking engagements, events, awards submissions, partnerships, or agency marketing initiatives is a plusย
