Familiarity with version control tools like Git, integrated development environments (IDEs), and basic software development methodologies is typically expected. Strong communication, eagerness to learn, and teamwork skills help interns stand out by allowing them to collaborate effectively and adapt to feedback. These skills and qualities are crucial for contributing to real-world projects, gaining valuable experience, and growing within a professional development environment.
