Sr. Front End Developer - Angular, Node.js

Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Developer with deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, UI engineering, and cloud native application development. This role is ideal for engineers who excel at building high performing, scalable front end applications using Angular and Node.js, while embracing modern engineering practices such as TDD, CI/CD automation, microservices, and GenAI assisted development. You will collaborate closely with product, UX, and backend engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
This is a Full-Time, On-Site employment opportunity based in Merrimack, NH.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Develop and maintain modern, responsive front end applications using Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, RxJS, and Node.js.
. Collaborate with UX teams using Figma to translate wireframes and prototypes into high quality UI components.
. Build reusable UI components and front end architecture aligned with SPA/MV* best practices.
. Implement test automation across Unit, Integration, and Functional layers using Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright, Jest, and Jasmine.
. Champion Test Driven Development (TDD) and ensure high test coverage across front end codebases.
. Develop and maintain Node.js services, NPM packages, and front end build pipelines.
. Deploy and manage applications using AWS services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
. Build and automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy, GitHub, and related tools.
. Contribute to microservices based architectures and help build highly automated, scalable, and maintainable infrastructure.
. Leverage GenAI, Dev Assist, Figma plugins, and Spec Driven Development to accelerate development and improve engineering quality.
. Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality features on time.
. Maintain strong documentation, coding standards, and best practices.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 10+ years of experience developing front end applications using modern MV*/SPA frameworks.
. Strong hands on expertise with Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, NPM, HTML/CSS, RxJS.
. Experience with React is a plus.
. Hands on experience with test automation using Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright.
. Strong background in Unit Testing using Jest, Jasmine, and TDD methodologies.
. Proficiency with AWS services for deploying and managing cloud applications.
. Fully hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy, GitHub, etc.
. Experience implementing microservices architecture and building scalable front end systems.
. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high quality work in fast paced environments.
. Experience with GenAI, Dev Assist, Figma, and Spec Driven Development is a significant plus.
Preferred Qualifications
. Experience with performance optimization and front end security best practices.
. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
. Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
. Strong collaboration skills with UX, backend, and product teams.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $77,800.00 $172,400.00.
