Clarity Partners is seeking a FullStack Software Developer local to Richmond, VA. In this role, you will work alongside a team of software developers and domain experts to design and develop custom web-based applications for our client, using the Microsoft .NET framework, Angular, and SQL Server. This position follows a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade web applications using the Microsoft .NET framework and Angular.
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code, adhering to software engineering best practices and architectural standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate technical specifications into high-quality software solutions.
  • Own features across the full software development lifecycle - design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Develop and maintain database-driven applications using Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and other database objects.
  • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
  • Support all phases of application development, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, integration, and production support.
  • Work effectively both independently and within Agile/Scrum and waterfall team environments.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5+ years of professional experience developing full stack applications within the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, including Angular. Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET (.NET Framework or .NET Core), Entity Framework, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server (Knockout.js experience a plus).
  • Solid understanding of relational database design, normalization, and transaction management.
  • Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Proven experience building data-driven web applications.
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Experience with both Agile/Scrum and waterfall development methodologies.
  • Experience building secure, scalable enterprise applications.
  • Consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
  • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

The range represents a good faith estimate that Clarity reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting. Compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
