Position: Software Developer
Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Leawood, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Software Developer to join their team!
This is a great opportunity to join a product-focused SaaS team building software that helps businesses manage complex compliance requirements with confidence. In this role, you'll work across the stack on modern applications, contribute to meaningful product improvements, and help shape solutions that support real business outcomes. The team is looking for someone who enjoys solving challenging problems, collaborating closely, and thinking through development decisions out loud.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Design, develop, and maintain SaaS applications.
  • Build features across front-end and back-end systems.
  • Contribute to microservices development and support.
  • Collaborate on design decisions and performance improvements.
  • Participate in code reviews and documentation updates.
  • Work closely with the team to solve complex technical problems.
  • Support cloud-based application development in Azure.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
  • Experience building microservices.
  • Experience developing cloud-based applications in Azure.
  • Ability to discuss technical problem-solving clearly and thoughtfully.
  • Comfort working on a product-focused development team.
