Job Summary:
Designs, develops, and maintains scalable full-stack applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks. Translates functional and technical requirements into secure, high-performing software solutions aligned with cloud-first and API-first development principles. Contributes to continuous improvement of engineering standards, DevOps practices, and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Designs and implements front-end interfaces and back-end services using modern frameworks and cloud-native architecture patterns.
Develops and maintains RESTful and GraphQL APIs aligned with enterprise integration and API lifecycle standards.
Writes optimized database queries and supports integration with enterprise data platforms to enable secure and efficient data access.
Participates in peer code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to established engineering standards.
Evaluates scope changes and provides level-of-effort estimates to support sprint planning and prioritization decisions.
Supports CI/CD processes, automated testing frameworks, and secure deployment pipelines to maintain release stability.
Collaborates with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance usability, performance, and technical feasibility of solutions.
Education Qualifications:
Orchestrates AI agents across the development lifecycle-from feature implementation to unit testing and code review-by writing effective prompts, configuring agent workflows, and validating outputs to ensure production-ready quality with minimal rework.
Work Experience:
2-4 years of experience in full-stack development, software engineering, or related field required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ora relatedfield.

  • 2+ years of ServiceNow development experiencew/ additional years of experience in anITposition(e.g.,business analyst).

  • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs,middlewaretoolsand other integrationpatterns.

  • Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scoped applications, ACLs, and platform security.

  • Proficiencyinserver-sidescripting.

  • Experience working in Agile environments and leading technical delivery.
