Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Technology Business Consultant Seniors - Asset Finance Leasing Software in Jacksonville, FL a senior-level consulting position focused primarily on managing FIS' projects with its external clients. While the individual in this role is responsible for leading the technical aspects of project delivery and providing mentorship to junior team members, the position does not include planning, assigning, or formally directing the work or tasks of junior staff. The role's mentoring responsibilities are limited to providing guidance and instruction on the functionality of the Asset Finance software and demonstrating how the team configures and implements the software to meet standard leasing

industry requirements. This educational support ensures junior team members understand how the Asset Finance solution operates, but it does not constitute supervisory duties or involve authoritative control over their work assignments. Independently or collaboratively manage technology consulting projects, serving as a liaison between clients and consultants. Research and document client needs, technologies, and regulations impacting system design, enhancements, and acquisitions. Define product scope, objectives, requirements, and data models for development and testing. Prepare detailed specifications, analyze industry trends and vendor products, and improve processes to solve complex technical issues. Recommend technology solutions, develop test plans, and conduct system, integration, and acceptance testing. Influence client priorities and vendor selections, provide direct consultation (including travel), and lead technical aspects of projects while mentoring junior staff.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in any field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working with multiple end-to-end systems including Leasing software and application development, utilizing business modeling and requirements through Unified Modeling Language (UML); applying SQL, C++, and COBOL application programming languages; working with business process mapping, agile and waterfall; working in all aspects of the Software Life Cycle process from solution design to delivery and including efforts estimating; and working directly with the client daily.
