We are seeking a motivated Engineer to join our team in the heavy civil construction industry. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about infrastructure development and eager to gain hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects such as highways, bridges, utilities, and site development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project operations.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Support quality control and safety compliance on job sites.
  • Assist in cost tracking, budgeting, and schedule updates.
  • Participate in problem-solving and provide technical support during construction activities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Internship or co-op experience in construction preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of construction principles and project management fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6) is a plus.
