We are a seeking strong Software Developer Lead to support Omni Federal and our Intelligence customer in St. Louis, MO. This is an exciting new initiative where our customer is mirroring Silicon Valley processes and capabilities to quickly deploy new geospatial capabilities. Candidates must be passionate, energized, and excited to work on modern architectures and solve challenging problems for our clients.

Position Description (what you will do)

  • Lead a team and development efforts for a Geospatial web application deployed to multiple security enclaves that pulls data from Intelligence imagery libraries that supports the production, exploitation, and dissemination of intelligence products.

  • Own the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

  • Lead the design and development of full stack Angular web application.

Requirements:

  • Active DoW Top Secret with SCI Eligibility

  • Experience leading the design, development, and delivery of full-stack Angular web applications

  • Experience with Python (as a development language) for processing of geospatial data

  • Familiarity with AWS technologies such as Lambda, SQS, ECS, RDS, and CloudFormation.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and concepts such as; developing CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes or OpenShift deployments, and containerizing applications.

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality, production-ready code.

  • Experience leading a team of software engineers in an agile environment

  • Mentoring Mid and Junior engineers and removing roadblocks.

  • Experience working with the Geospatial or Intelligence Communities
