You’ll collaborate with designers, business analysts, and other engineers to turn ideas into reality. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build high-quality, innovative, and high-performing software solutions in compliance with coding standards and technical designs
  • Collaborate with product and development team members to build intelligent solutions to customer feature requests using agile development methodologies
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to continually improve our process and codebase
  • Write tests at different levels (unit, integration, system, UI)
  • Write clean and scalable services, components, and APIs that our products depend on
  • Own projects from design to release, including communication with stakeholders
  • Remain flexible enough to handle all of the unknowns that come with a fast-growing company.
  • Ability to partner effectively with the Partner Success team to understand client-facing challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying inefficiencies and applying technology to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve client experiences.
  • Comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to create tools that improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Clearly communicates technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment across teams.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment with willingness to learn and apply new skills, particularly in automation and data-driven process improvement.
  • Keeps client experience in mind when designing solutions that directly impact service quality and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience building production-quality software
  • Proficiency with any part of our technology stack: C#, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Dart, Flutter, Google Cloud, Postgres, Docker, and Elasticsearch
  • Experience developing cutting-edge solutions to maximize performance, scalability, and distributed processing capabilities
  • Have an eye for detail and a borderline unhealthy level of OCD for code quality
  • A positive attitude and a passion for sharing knowledge
  • Ability to encourage and drive engineering best practices
