Talent Acquisition Specialist – Engineering & Automotive

Type: Long Term Contract
Location: Novi, Michigan

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong Automotive industry hiring experience to support Engineering, Non-IT, Embedded, and IT/Software roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automotive Engineering and Technical positions.
  • Hire for Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, Controls, and Systems Engineering roles.
  • Recruit specialized technology talent including Embedded C/C++, Embedded Software, AUTOSAR, Automotive Software, ADAS, ECU, CAN/CANoe, and Firmware.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen and qualify candidates based on technical requirements.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and account teams to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Manage multiple positions and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of U.S. recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting for Automotive customers/OEMs/Tier-1 or Tier-2 suppliers.
  • Strong Engineering + Non-IT recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting IT/Embedded roles, especially C/C++.
  • Strong sourcing, Boolean search, communication, and candidate-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
