Details:
Enterprise Service Delivery Manager
Location: Houston TX - Hybrid
Duration: 6-12 months

We are looking more for someone with IT incident management, service delivery experience. Here is as brief description of the role:
  • Supporting and improving current IT systems while finding solutions and products, regardless of scope or scale, that result in more vehicle throughput per year across the entire facility for increased efficiency & company revenue
  • Manage and maintain interdepartmental relationships with a direct team of IT peers from IT Director and Solutions Architects to Desktop Support Technicians
  • Research, evaluate, test, validate, and implement IT systems that improve daily efforts and functionality while improving relationships and visibility between all departments both internally and externally - Logistics, Operations, Administration, HR, Warehouse, Maintenance, etc.
  • Support the daily functions of over 20 IT systems and 200+ employees running in parallel to feed 1,000+ vehicles through facility every day
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate system issues at their source. Some of these projects include: Site-wide Network Refresh of over 170 indoor & outdoor network & geolocation devices affecting over 800 machines
  • Zebra Technologies WhereNet Real-Time Locating System (RTLS) upgraded to Zebra MotionWorks (MWE)
  • AtlasCopco Wireless Torque Wrench application implementation, software installs, upgrades, and maintenance training
