Our Gen AI and Software Delivery team helps clients modernize the way software is planned, built, tested, delivered, and operated. We combine delivery discipline, technical depth, and AI-accelerated SDLC practices to help clients move faster while maintaining quality, security, and trust. 

As a Delivery Lead / Project Manager, you will lead delivery of software modernization and Gen AI-enabled delivery initiatives for clients. You will work closely with technical leads, developers, business stakeholders, and client sponsors to manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery quality. 

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable in fast-moving delivery environments, can bring structure to ambiguity, and can help multidisciplinary teams deliver practical outcomes. 


What you will do
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for software delivery, modernization, and AI-accelerated SDLC initiatives. 
  • Manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, issues, risks, budget tracking, and executive status reporting. 
  • Work with delivery leads, architects, developers, product owners, and client stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, and delivery priorities. 
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, steering committees, workshops, and delivery governance forums. 
  • Support estimation, planning, staffing, and delivery model definition for multiple concurrent workstreams. 
  • Help teams adopt practical Gen AI and automation practices across requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, and release management. 
  • Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation actions with internal and client teams. 
  • Build trusted client relationships by communicating clearly, following through, and keeping teams aligned. 
  • Coach consultants and senior consultants on delivery discipline, stakeholder management, and project management practices. 

What you bring to the role
  • 6+ years of experience managing technology, software delivery, transformation, or consulting projects. 
  • Experience delivering custom software, cloud, application modernization, data, DevOps, or AI-enabled projects. 
  • Strong knowledge of agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methods. 
  • Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with senior client leaders and technical teams. 
  • Experience with project tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms. 
  • Familiarity with software delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, testing, release management, and production readiness. 
  • Interest in Gen AI and AI-accelerated SDLC practices, including responsible use of AI tools in delivery environments. 
  • PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe, ITIL, or cloud certifications are assets. 
  • Fluency in French is required.
