Role and Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence:Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism, ensuring client inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively.
    Detail-Oriented Documentation: Accurately enter call notes into our database, maintaining meticulous records of client interactions.
    Support and Collaboration: Provide administrative support to our property managers through various tasks including document preparation, coordination of mailings, and database management.
    Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingly assist across different departments, adapting to the needs of the team and contributing to our collaborative environment.
    Professional Development: Participate in at least one association meeting monthly, embracing opportunities for growth and learning within the industry.
    Efficiency in High-Volume Settings: Manage large volumes of calls with composure, upholding our standard of service excellence.
Qualifications/Skills
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of clients and team members.
    Organizational Prowess: Demonstrated skill in managing priorities and resources in a fast-paced environment.
