Working closely with our manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, and sales teams, you will help ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the business while serving as a key point of contact for customers and vendors. What You'll Do
 
  • Process and manage customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Forecast customer demand and assist with production scheduling and planning.
  • Work closely with manufacturing to ensure customer orders are produced and shipped on time.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange domestic and international shipments.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and export paperwork.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records within company databases.
  • Calculate pricing, costs, and profit margins.
  • Determine raw material requirements and coordinate purchasing for production.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and vendor inquiries.
  • Work directly with the Company President to identify and support new business opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with administrative projects and other office responsibilities as needed.
 
What We're Looking For
 
  • Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management, purchasing, production planning, or shipping documentation is preferred.
  • Manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or logistics experience is a strong plus.
