Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on daily schedules
  • Maintain regular communication with technicians throughout the workday
  • Help ensure service vehicles are properly stocked with necessary materials
  • Assist with parts ordering, inventory management, and warranty processing
  • Prepare estimates and follow up on pending jobs
  • Schedule return visits when ordered parts become available
  • Keep customers updated on appointment times and expected arrival windows
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the company's CRM system
  • Perform additional administrative and office support duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, project coordination, customer service, or a similar administrative role

  • Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and field technicians
  • Experience with data entry, filing, and general office administration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using cloud-based CRM software is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or GED

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
