Night shift Monday through Wednesday--Hours 3:30 pm to 5:00 am


About the Role:

The Quality Control Finishing machine operator plays a critical role in the final stages of the manufacturing or production process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are prepared for distribution. This position involves operating and maintaining finishing equipment such as cutters, binders, laminators, or packaging machines to complete the product assembly or presentation. The operator is responsible for monitoring the finishing process, identifying any defects or issues, and making necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to prevent errors and ensure a safe working environment. Ultimately, the role contributes directly to customer satisfaction by delivering finished products that meet or exceed company standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating finishing or production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
