Kept Companies is the leading provider of commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services.
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team. This key role is responsible for coordinating service calls, managing technician schedules, and ensuring that every customer receives timely, professional service.
Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch HVAC technicians to service, maintenance, and installation jobs efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prioritize emergency calls and manage workflow to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Track work orders, parts, and job progress through our service management software.
  • Support the service team with administrative tasks and job follow-up as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HVAC dispatching or related field experience.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HVAC terminology, parts, and service operations preferred.
  • Proficiency with scheduling or dispatch software (ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, etc.) a plus.
  • Professional, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
What You'll Do
  • Perform HVAC preventative maintenance
  • Clean coils on rooftop units (RTUs & refrigeration systems)
  • Work on split systems, make-up air units, exhaust systems
  • Take before/after photos and complete service reports
  • Pressure washing buildings and sidewalks
  • Follow safety procedures and job instructions
  • Work outdoors and at heights
What You Need
  • HVAC or coil cleaning experience (preferred)
  • Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license
