Software Developmentย 

  • Design, develop, test, andย maintainย web applications, APIs, integrations, and backend services.ย 
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.ย 
  • Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software.ย 
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and technical standards.ย 
  • Follow software engineering, security, and quality best practices.ย 

Technical Leadershipย 

  • Mentor developers andย provideย technical guidance.ย 
  • Conduct code reviews and promote engineering excellence.ย 
  • Identifyย and address technical debt.ย 
  • Support adoption of modern development tools, frameworks, and practices.ย 

Collaboration & Deliveryย 

  • Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.ย

QUALIFICATIONSย 

Requiredย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.ย 
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.ย 
  • Proficiencyย in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Python, or similar modern technologies.ย 
  • Experience developing REST APIs and distributed applications.ย 
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.ย 
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.ย 
  • Experience working in Agile environments.ย 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.ย
