Administrative Assistant - Full-Time

Comfort Keepers is a leading provider of in-home care services, dedicated to uplifting the human spirit. We're hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. We are looking for someone who doesn't simply complete a task, but reviews their work for accuracy and follows through until the task is fully resolved. Attention to detail is critical in this position because the information being reviewed directly supports our operations, compliance, caregivers, and clients.

What You'll Do
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry across company systems and records.
  • Assist with administrative audits and follow-up on missing or incomplete information.
  • Conduct compliance reviews of employee, caregiver, and client documentation.
  • Review records for accuracy, completeness, required signatures, expiration dates, and other compliance requirements.
  • Maintain organized electronic files, reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Track outstanding items and follow through to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with preparing and updating Excel spreadsheets, reports, and audit tracking tools.
  • Manage multiple assignments and priorities while meeting established deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally with team members through Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
  • Support management with special projects, reporting, document review, and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and communicate concerns promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, caregiver, and client information.
