Due to continued growth, we are looking to add aย Scheduler/Dispatcherย to ourย Auburn, MEย team. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping inspections scheduled and on track at various frequencies and assisting with day-to-day operations in the inspections and service departments. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch inspections at required frequencies (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual)
  • Coordinate technician routes and daily assignments to maximize productivity
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and address scheduling needs
  • Maintain accurate records in scheduling and service software
  • Assist with day-to-day operations across the inspections and service departments
  • Support technicians with paperwork, permits, and customer follow-up
  • Track inspection deficiencies and coordinate follow-up service calls
  • Provide general administrative support to the branch as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior scheduling, dispatching, or service coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with service management software a plus
