Assistant Wellness Director Job Profile: A Steward of Health and Wellness

  • Staff Coordination: Maintain staffing and scheduling utilizing modern staffing software; assist with recruitment and training to ensure a robust healthcare team.
  • Resident-Centered Care: Complete comprehensive assessments and individualized care plans, emphasizing personalized wellness.
  • Effective Communication: Liaise with internal staff and external third-party vendors to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Leadership and Training: Lead monthly staff meetings and daily team huddles, cultivating an environment of continuous learning and collaboration.
