Job Title: Marketing Solution Architect

Location: Fully remote EST Time zone

Duration: 12+ months Contract with possible extension 

Pay Rate: $49.00  per hour on W2

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Solution Architect to design and optimize the systems, data architecture, and marketing technology ecosystem supporting Client SMB Marketing. This role will lead solution design, data integration, CRM and marketing automation architecture, tracking, attribution, and system governance while partnering with cross-functional business and technical teams to deliver scalable marketing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end marketing technology solutions, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Define architecture for CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, tracking, tagging, and lead management.
  • Ensure scalable data architecture, system governance, and data quality across the marketing ecosystem.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration solutions.
  • Partner with DataOps, Enterprise Data, CRM, RevOps, SalesOps, and Engineering teams.
  • Support attribution models, reporting frameworks, automation, and process optimization.
  • Troubleshoot data, integration, and marketing technology issues while driving continuous improvements.


Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, or Systems Integration.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketo/Pardot, CDPs, GTM, analytics, ETL/integration platforms, and attribution tools.
  • Expertise in data modeling, system integrations, CRM architecture, and marketing automation.
  • Experience collaborating with Enterprise Data, BI, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
