What you'll do

As a Software Engineer, your role will focus on the development and enhancement of key features across our applications and systems. You will be responsible for building and refining solutions that are both user-centric and technologically sound, contributing significantly to our product's overall functionality and reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Build Features & APIs: Design and build robust features, services, and APIs that power our applications.
  • Own Application Quality: Build and maintain high-quality features, holding a high bar for craftsmanship and reliability.
  • Drive System Improvements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and take ownership of initiatives that improve application performance.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Track emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and bring the best of them into our stack.
  • Ensure Reliability: Own the security, stability, and scalability of the services you build, holding them to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years focused on React and Node.
  • Proven experience building applications that manage complex workflows, such as ERPs.
  • Deep experience implementing and maintaining state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).
  • Strong command of server-side logic, RESTful API design, and database schema design.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, with hands‑on experience across SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Solid grounding in test‑driven development (TDD).
