The ideal candidate will enjoy working closely with clients, possess superior customer service skills, and maintain a positive attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook is essential for this role, and experience with SoftPro Select is preferred. As a Closer, you will be a key member of our team, contributing to providing top-notch customer service and partnership to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate extensively with lenders, realtors, mortgage clients, buyers, and sellers via email and phone.

- Work closely with clients to ensure a smooth closing process.

- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and support.

- Review and finalize closing documents accurately and efficiently.

- Address any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Transaction Management

-Ability to manage the entire closing process from start to finish

-Coordination of the various parties involved in the transaction

- Legal Compliance:

-Ensuring all aspects of the closing comply with relevant laws and regulations.

-Adhering to ethical standards and professional conduct.

-Real Estate Knowledge:

-Understanding of real estate law, including contract terms, title issues, and closing procedures

- Enjoy working closely with clients and providing superior customer service.

- A consistent positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.

- Preferred: Experience with SoftPro Select or similar closing software.

-Experience with commercial closings is a plus
