Youth Baseball Camp Coach Mission Viejo, CA | Angels Baseball & Softball Camps

Angels Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Youth Baseball Camp Coaches in Mission Viejo, CA for our summer camps serving families across South Orange County.

If you enjoy working with kids, love the game of baseball or softball, and want to make a meaningful impact during the summer, this coaching role is a great opportunity. Our camps focus on skill development, teamwork, and helping young athletes build confidence both on and off the field.

Angels Camps provides the curriculum, equipment, and training. Coaches bring the enthusiasm, leadership, and mentorship that help campers leave with improved skills and unforgettable memories.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and supportive camp environment

  • Lead and assist with drills, games, and skill stations

  • Recognize teachable moments that help campers grow

Job Requirements
  • MondayFriday schedule, approximately 8 hours per day

  • Preferred commitment of 46 weeks

  • Camp season runs July 6 August 14, 2026

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Ability to pass a background check

Compensation

Professional Educator: $22/hour

Coach: $18.50/hour

College Student / Recent Graduate: $17.27/hour
