SodexoMagic is seeking a General Manager for the private Delta Sky Club at Tampa International Airport (TPA). We are seeking hospitality leaders with a background in food and beverage within an upscale dining environment.

SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin "Magic" Johnson and Sodexo. This strategic alliance enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve.

About the job

Take charge of a vibrant, fast-paced environment where you'll oversee daily operations, lead service excellence, and drive team performance across multiple service areas. This role is your opportunity to build strong client partnerships, inspire your team, and make a measurable impact on guest satisfaction and financial outcomes.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $74290 - $96140

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• Leadership experience in food service or hospitality, with a strong track record of team development and employee engagement
