Sodexo is seeking atemporaryTransport Manager that's full time for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, located in Newark, New Jersey. This is over a 600-bed acute care facility managing a team of 40 union staff. In this role you will be responsible for the Patient Transport Department, managing Day Shift with rotating weekends and holidays. This position will report to a GM on-site. Free parking! • Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improvepatient satisfaction and throughput.
• Interact with patients and the staff
• PerformHR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll and direct supervision and development
• Maintainsafety documentation and training for unit
