????️ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


???? About the Role

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and their families! As a Social Worker with Tresco TOTS, you will provide high-quality social work services for children birth to 3 years old who have, or are at risk for having, developmental delays or disabilities. You will also support families, students, and professionals through training, supervision, and guidance in communication development and family therapy.


????️ What You’ll Do
  • Provide family therapy, emotional support, and mental health services.

  • Conduct evaluations and participate in the development of IFSPs.

  • Design and implement behavioral intervention strategies.

  • Link families to resources (legal, medical, transportation, etc.) to address barriers.

  • Supervise and mentor social work interns (BA & MA levels).

  • Collaborate with community partners, including FIT and CYFD.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and billing compliance.

  • Promote early intervention through outreach and child-find activities.

  • Engage in reflective supervision and professional development.


???? Qualifications
  • Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work.

  • Licensure: Current LMSW, LISW, or LCSW from the State of New Mexico.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years providing family therapy services.

  • Other: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
