Position Summary
The Manager of Social Work Case Management is responsible for assisting the Director of Case Management in the development, implementation, coordination, management, and monitoring of Social Work, Spiritual Care, and Interpreter Services for Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. They also have the responsibility of supervising staff in collaboration with other managers for Case Management. They also recommend, develop, and implement new programs enhancing services for patients/families.
Position Requirements
Experience
  • 3 years of progressive experience as a social worker with demonstrated leadership in social work within a health care environment is required
  • Emphasis on community health resources and program development strongly desired
  • 2 years of post-licensure practice experience necessary to provide clinical supervision is preferred

Education
  • Master of Social Work (MSW) is required

Certification/Licensure
  • LCSW: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Oregon State Board of Licensed Social Workers is required
