## Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Social Work Case Manager to manage and respond to crisis calls, with an average of 1 crisis call per week and a maximum of 2-3. The candidate will cover a wide radius within the county, traveling up to 1.5 hours each way using a provided company vehicle for crisis calls only. Responsibilities include working in teams of two for crisis situations and conducting follow-ups and standard therapy during outpatient days.
## Responsibilities
  • Respond to crisis calls and provide support within the assigned area.
  • Travel up to 1.5 hours each way for crisis interventions.
  • Collaborate with team members during crisis situations.
  • Conduct follow-ups and handle outpatient therapy sessions.
  • Engage in standard therapy practices on outpatient days.

## Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
State License Needed:

## Qualifications
  • Driver's license.
  • Previous similar experience is preferred.

## Schedule / Shift
40 hours per week
