Job description

The Role

As a Senior Communications & Social Strategist at Gradial, you'll shape how the world experiences our company and the people building it. You'll own executive communications and social strategy, building trust and conversation around our founders and our brand. This is a hands-on role. You'll set the strategy, then write, film, publish, and iterate on it every day. You'll define Gradial's voice across every major platform and turn company moments into content people actually want to share.

What You'll Own
  • Founder communications on LinkedIn, publishing high-quality posts each week for the founders in their own voice
  • Executive narratives, keynote messaging, and speaking materials for customer events, conferences, media, and major announcements
  • Gradial's social strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Social-first production end to end, including short-form video, founder content, and product storytelling
  • Timely campaigns that turn platform shifts and cultural moments into opportunities for Gradial to lead the conversation
  • Launch and milestone amplification, in close partnership with founders, marketing, product, recruiting, and design
  • Performance measurement, refining messaging, formats, and distribution against real audience data
What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years leading executive communications and social strategy for founders, executives, or high-growth brands
  • A strong personal presence on LinkedIn and a track record of building an audience
  • Deep fluency in LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube, and how their algorithms and audiences shift
  • Exceptional writing, with the range to adapt to different executive voices without losing authenticity
  • Hands-on production experience, from writing and filming through editing and publishing
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and LLMs to accelerate research, content development, and creative workflows
  • Comfort holding long-term strategy and daily execution at the same time
  • High ownership mindset, excellent judgment, and speed that doesn't cost quality
Nice to Have
  • Communications or social strategy experience at a fast-growing AI or SaaS company
  • Background with founder-led or culturally relevant brands known for bold social storytelling
  • Experience producing highly shareable video and leading creative brand activations
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $165,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
